In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with senior management to provide high-quality internal corporate governance support. From coordinating meetings and drafting detailed minutes to managing statutory records and supporting corporate projects, they will play a key role in upholding our strong governance framework.
The ideal candidate should be confident working independently, enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, and have an interest in governance, compliance, and tech-driven solutions. Responsibilities include board support, maintaining statutory records, regulatory filings, and contributing to projects like board reviews and corporate restructures.
