We are seeking ambitious and experienced professionals to join a leading Professional Services Firm. This team works with financial services clients locally, globally, and across the company network, providing expert risk & regulatory advice.
The successful candidate will be essential in delivering tailored solutions, managing projects, and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, ensuring timely client deliverables, and developing business proposals. They will work with clients and internal leadership, staying informed on regulatory changes in Jersey and Guernsey.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services consulting, with expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and fintech solutions. They should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead and coach junior team members. Experience in project delivery, compliance, governance, and financial crime consulting is highly desirable.
