A company in Jersey is looking for a Senior Manager in Investor Services to join the dynamic Fund Services team. Reporting to the Head of Investor Services, they will work collaboratively to support the delivery of high-quality services across a range of closed-ended and limited liquidity fund structures.
In this role, the successful candidate will manage key client relationships, coordinate investor operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will take ownership of tasks such as onboarding, AML reviews, capital calls, and distributions, while also supporting the team with more complex queries and processes. Representing Investor Services in client meetings and contributing to service improvements and automation initiatives will also form part of your responsibilities.
We’re seeking a candidate with at least six years of experience in fund administration, particularly within private equity or similar structures. Strong knowledge of AML, FATCA/CRS, and a proven ability to manage client expectations are essential. They will need to be detail-oriented, organised, and confident in mentoring others in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
