Key duties will include:

• Application/Business System Strategy – Offer expert advice, guidance, and recommendations to the firm regarding the future direction of applications/business system
• Support – Guarantee that the Business Systems team is equipped to provide the necessary levels of support
• Resource Management – Identify potential resource issues and propose appropriate solutions. Balance the demands of routine support tasks with change activities
