Senior Legal Counsel – Business Services

Are you an experienced Lawyer ready to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic legal team? We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel who will provide indispensable support to the Chief Legal Officer and be part of a leading legal firm.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage Mourant’s engagement protocols including letters of engagement and terms.
– Oversee service line agreements ensuring they remain up-to-date.
– Advise on special business terms for law firm clients as well as consulting arrangements.
– Lead responses for due diligence inquiries related to client or intermediary requests such as RFPs.
– Review supplier contracts and commercial agreements from both legal/regulatory standpoints.

Additionally, this position entails:

• Developing precedent documents,
• Maintaining online regulatory notices/disclaimers,
• Advising on financial documentation like facility agreements/bank guarantees
  and more comprehensive internal corporate governance support tasks alongside risk management duties.
