A leading company is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lending Officer to join a growing team. Based in the Isle of Man, this is a sales-focused role where they will evaluate and prepare loan applications for approval.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on financial status and repayment methods, as well as promoting the company’s full range of products and services. Working closely with the Lending Manager and Head of Lending, they will help ensure that the department meets sales and governance targets while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
The day-to-day will involve handling loan applications from start to finish, responding to client queries, undertaking regular solicitation, and supporting administrative processes. The individual will also contribute to team development and offer leadership support where needed. This role requires proven experience in a senior lending position and a solid understanding of underwriting.
