Our esteemed client, a prominent legal firm in St. Peter Port, is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. As a strategic thinker with expertise in Human Resources, this position offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to leverage their skills and make a significant impact by guiding and supporting business leaders with innovative talent strategies and organisational structures.

As the Senior HR Business Partner, the Candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction on local Guernsey HR initiatives, aligning human resources processes with overarching business goals, and offering coaching and mentorship to develop high-performing teams. To be successful in this role, the ideal Candidate must possess strategic insight that applies forward-thinking approaches that integrate seamlessly into the company’s mission. Additionally, problem-solving abilities must be top-notch to tackle challenges effectively using strong analytical capabilities.
