An international legal firm is searching for a Senior Governance Officer to join their company.
In this varied and rewarding role, the successful candidate works closely with the senior management and supports the corporate governance needs across multiple jurisdictions. They will be involved in everything from organising and minuting board and committee meetings to maintaining governance records, supporting regulatory filings, and contributing to strategic projects such as entity formations, audits, and internal reviews.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented governance professional with experience in an in-house governance or company secretarial role. Prior experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
