We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Fund Administrator with experience in private equity to join an Esteemed Firm in St Helier, Jersey. As a Senior Fund Administrator, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for handling various funds and management companies, preparing for board meetings, and managing routine and complex fund operations smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate will work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. They will be expected to have a strong background in financial services, with proven experience in a similar role. Being partly qualified and progressing towards ICSA Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
The role responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service, and building strong relationships with them. Includes ensuring all aspects of fund administration are carried out to the highest standards, including the timely preparation and submission of financial statements, and the maintenance of accurate records.
