Senior Fund Accountant

We are looking for a Fund Administrator to join a Global Banking firm in St Helier, Jersey. This role ensures compliance with fund documentation and legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent client service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for portfolio documentation and record-keeping, including maintaining loan documentation, tracking investment transactions, and ensuring accurate cash flow monitoring and reconciliation. They will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support transaction compliance, onboarding new investments, and organising board meetings. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in reporting by preparing regular client reports, supporting financial statement preparation, and assisting auditors with documentation.

We are seeking a candidate with a professional accountancy qualification and experience in fund administration within the private capital sector. A strong understanding of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS is essential, along with solid analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented team player with strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy is key.
