Our esteemed client is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead a finance administration team. In this key role, the successful candidate will manage day-to-day finance functions including billing, credit control, reconciliations, client payments, and month-end processes across our in-house entities.
The individual will provide leadership, training, and support to the team, ensuring workloads are balanced and operations run efficiently. Working closely with senior finance staff, they will monitor cash flow, maintain strong financial controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and AML requirements.
The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) and have experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
