Senior Family Solicitor/Barrister

We have a fantastic new role as a Senior Family Solicitor/Barrister at a dynamic offshore law firm.

Key duties will include:

• Day-to-day management of the family team to include oversight of the team’s case load and fee-earners. This will include training and developing more junior members of the team.
• Managing own caseload – advising clients on a broad range of family law issues – to include divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, children issues including contact and maintenance, injunctions, pre and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements;
• Engaging with and maintaining existing client relationships.
