Senior Facilities Administrator

A premier fund sector company are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Facilities Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract in St Peter Port, Guernsey. As a Senior Facilities Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities run smoothly. They will manage budgets, comply with health & safety regulations, schedule maintenance, and oversee daily administrative operations while liaising with various departments. Candidates will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and will need to have a good understanding of these regulations to ensure that the facilities are safe for all employees and visitors.

This role will require excellent communication skills as the candidate will be liaising with various departments and contractors to ensure all facility requirements are met. The ideal candidate will also need to have excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure that maintenance, repairs, and other facility requirements are scheduled and completed on time. They will also need to be experienced in maintenance coordination and be able to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work efficiently.
