Senior Enforcement Investigator

We are looking for a Senior Enforcement Investigator to play a key role in leading and managing enforcement cases for a leading financial services firm in St Helier, Jersey.

In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with Enforcement senior management, taking responsibility for the execution, progress, and resolution of enforcement cases and investigations. They will lead case strategies, ensuring they are reasonable and proportionate, and oversee the timely execution of cases. A crucial aspect of the role involves preparing clear and transparent communications with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will also play a role in identifying opportunities to improve legislation, enforcement processes, and regulatory procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in line management, mentoring, or coaching, along with a strong understanding of enforcement processes, investigations, financial regulation, and compliance. Strong decision-making, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
