We’re looking for a Senior Data and Financial Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and process improvements. They will collaborate with teams across Claims, Underwriting, and Finance to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
The successful candidate’s role will involve delivering clear presentations of complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring data accuracy, supporting ad hoc reporting, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our reporting tools and processes. They will also lead short-term projects in partnership with your Line Manager.
We seek a candidate with a relevant qualification in Finance, Data Science, or a related field, alongside proven experience in financial or data analysis-preferably within insurance or financial services. Advanced Power BI and Excel skills are essential, along with excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
