Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join a leading insurance company in Jersey.

 

Key duties will include:

  •  Ensure that the assistance and direction of all visitors to the office is carried out in a courteous and professional manner and that company security policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Lead and develop the Customer Service team by driving a high performance, compliant and customer centric culture, through the setting of clear expectations and objectives that are aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Promote and embed a culture of proactively attracting potential customers and cross selling to existing, through probing questions and suggesting information about insurance products and services we offer.
  • Coach the Customer Service team to determine the quickest, most effective way to help client’s by troubleshooting common issues with products and or services at first point of contact, escalating queries and concerns where appropriate.
  • Direct and oversee the Customer Service team in providing (limited) product and services information and answering questions and queries received with accuracy and efficiency.
