We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join a fund and corporate services provider based in St Helier, Jersey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks for different entities, overseeing company secretarial duties, and fostering strong relationships with clients and business contacts. The role will have a specific focus on fund structures and will play a vital role in the growth of the Corporate Services sector.

To be eligible for this position, the Ideal Candidate must have a background in corporate administration and hold a professional qualification such as the ICSA Certificate level or an equivalent accountancy qualification. They must also have excellent relationship-building capabilities and computer proficiency. The Candidate will be expected to monitor and mentor junior staff, ensuring that they perform their duties efficiently and to the required standard. This is a strategic position with opportunities for personal development through mentorship roles.
