We have an opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join the Company Secretarial department for a leading Financial Services provider in St Peter Port.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for boards and committees regarding all governance matters, supporting Chairs to ensure efficient board meetings, conducting annual performance reviews of board/committee operations, fostering solid relationships with stakeholders including directors & external parties, and generating accurate minutes promptly post-meetings along with actionable follow-ups.

Skills required for this role include Qualified Governance Professional/Company Secretary, Guernsey Legal Acumen, Articulate Communication, Meticulous Minute Taking, and Sophisticated Organisational Skills. The Ideal Candidates should have prior involvement supporting executive-level boards preferably interacting alongside Independent Non-executive Directors.
