We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Company not only meets but exceeds all regulatory requirements. The primary objective will be to develop and implement effective compliance frameworks that will identify areas of vulnerability and proactively address them.
To be successful in this role, the Candidate will need to possess excellent analytical skills and have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements. They will need to be able to liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that compliance policies and procedures are understood and implemented effectively.
