A leading firm in Guernsey is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the financial crime and regulatory compliance efforts.
In this key role, the successful candidate will oversee AML/CFT monitoring, manage compliance reporting, maintain internal policies, and provide expert advice on regulatory matters. They will work closely with the Board, respond to regulatory requests, lead thematic reviews, and ensure the business stays ahead of evolving GFSC and FIS requirements. The individual will also manage and develop a small compliance team, ensuring robust training and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a senior compliance role, a relevant qualification, and strong knowledge of AML, sanctions, and regulatory frameworks.
