Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Senior Company Secretary to join a globally recognized, award-winning financial institution.


The role is to provide core company secretarial and governance services to a number of Guernsey in-house companies, (three of which are regulated), and their respective Boards and Committees. The person fulfilling this role will be required to demonstrate a strong ability to carry out all core company secretarial functions to the highest standards, with a key emphasis on minute taking, board servicing and best practice in corporate governance.  This role will also include managing one report within the Guernsey office.
