We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Company Secretary to join a forward-thinking business in Guernsey. This is a key leadership role where you’ll deliver high-quality company secretarial services to a broad client base while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
You’ll manage board and shareholder meeting processes, maintain statutory registers, oversee filings, and act as a key point of contact for clients and board members. You’ll also lead and support junior team members, champion digital solutions, and help identify opportunities for service improvements and automation.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. If you’re passionate about governance, service excellence, and mentoring others, we’d love to hear from you.
