We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Services Officer to join an Establish Financial services Provider in Guernsey. In this exciting role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing portfolios of companies and trusts, including complex structures. They will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
To be considered for this position, the Ideal Candidate must have at least three years of experience in Trust & Fiduciary services, a recognised Table 4 qualification, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance. In addition, should possess excellent commercial management skills, staff management acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. The Candidate will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all client needs are met and that the highest standards of service are maintained.
