Senior Business Services & Outsourcing Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Business Services & Outsourcing Administrator to join a leading Firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounts preparation, payroll, and management accounts.

As a Senior, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts, income tax returns, monthly payroll, and management accounts, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and regulatory requirements. They will also assist with client engagement, prepare engagement letters, and support the submission of tax and payroll-related returns. A key part of this role involves building strong client relationships, developing a network of professional contacts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be CAT/AAT qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience, with proficiency in distinctive accounting apps such as Xero and Caseware. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and within a team is crucial for success in this role.
