A prestigious law firm, located in St. Peter Port, Guernsey, is currently recruiting for a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of BD professionals, expanding our practice through research and analysis, and managing communication activities.
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate must be a marketing master with excellent leadership skills and expertise in strategic project management. They must also have a deep understanding of technological advancements and possess commercial acumen. Passion for the legal sector is a must, and they must have the ability to maintain focused objectives.
In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, the candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase the firm’s visibility and drive growth. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and managing the BD budget.
