Senior Associate – Private Client

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join the Private Client & Trusts team a leading Legal firm. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside partners and senior associates, providing specialist legal advice for both individual and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating client work, delivering high-quality legal advice, and drafting key legal documents. This role requires direct client interaction, supervising junior team members, and contributing to business development initiatives to strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s services. Additional responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing reports, and supporting cross-jurisdictional projects in collaboration with colleagues from different offices.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer (4-6+ years PQE) with a UK, Jersey, or Commonwealth legal qualification and expertise in private client, corporate, and regulatory matters. Experience in an offshore jurisdiction is beneficial but not essential. Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and the motivation to contribute to business development are key attributes for success in this role.
