The opportunity has arisen to join a leading legal firm in their Dispute Resolution team in Jersey.

As a Senior Associate, the successful candidate can expect to advise on a range of contentious financial services matters such as trust disputes, corporate disagreements, and multi-jurisdictional commercial cases. They will engage with clients ranging from local institutions to international law firms spanning various global regions, providing solutions for company recovery scenarios and being involved in complex insolvency proceedings alongside banks and other financial bodies.

The candidate will also be responsible for representing trustees within both administrative settings and challenging court undertakings. Additionally, will focus on regulatory investigations coupled with advisory responsibilities regarding tax information requests.

To thrive in this capacity, the ideal candidate should be a legally qualified individual with at least 5 years of experience specifically focused on insolvency or litigation sectors. They will also be an academic achiever who can blend technical legal acumen with practical advice. They should be a skilled communicator proficient in both verbal and written forms and adeptly navigating industry-specific regulations.
