An esteemed legal firm based in Jersey is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer with a passion for banking and finance to join their dynamic team as an Associate.
As part of the Banking & Finance Practice, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical advice and high-quality service to clients, both internally and externally. They will assist with managing client files, ensuring all firm requirements are met effectively, and contribute to the team’s success through collaboration and strong legal expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) specialising in finance law. A strong academic background, commercial awareness, and a keen interest in the banking and finance sector are essential. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of market trends and relevant financial regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to collective goals. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
