We’re looking for a Microsoft SQL Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, they will be responsible for the design, development, management, maintenance, and support of the firm’s Microsoft data platforms and solutions, helping drive innovation and efficiency across the business.
The successful candidate will implement solutions using SQL Server, Azure SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI, translating business requirements into technical specs and delivering scalable, secure systems. Responsibilities include building dashboards, integrating data, providing support for SQL applications, managing SQL environments, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, they will train junior staff, define coding standards, and enhance system performance and security.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL technologies, excellent T-SQL skills, and a strong understanding of data integration, warehousing, and ETL best practices. Knowledge of source control, Agile methodologies, and ITIL frameworks would be advantageous. We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
