We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Compliance & Risk team in Jersey. This key role supports the delivery of Jersey’s legal and regulatory obligations while ensuring the company’s internal standards, systems, and controls are upheld.
The successful candidate will assist senior Compliance & Risk team members, including Key Persons, in delivering the Compliance Monitoring Programme, maintaining systems and controls, and providing AML, Conduct, and Prudential regulatory support across the business. Responsibilities include CMP testing, drafting reports, supporting regulatory inspections, and helping maintain compliance registers and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ compliance or fiduciary/funds experience, ideally studying towards a recognised qualification. A strong understanding of Jersey’s AML/CFT framework and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
