We are looking for an experienced Senior Policy Advisor to join a leading Financial Services Regulator in Jersey. In the role,, the Successful Candidate will be a part of the policy development unit, working to safeguard international standards, engage with stakeholders, and make strategic contributions to enhance business integrity. They will be responsible for ensuring that policies align with global standards while also helping to advance strategic goals for ongoing progressions in financial services.
To be considered for this position, the Ideal Candidate must possess regulatory knowledge, commercial insight, and exceptional interpersonal skills. They must be able to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve the Firm’s common goals. They should also have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
