We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join a leading Financial Services firm. This diverse position focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include administering a portfolio of companies, trusts, and other entities, ensuring statutory records are maintained, preparing minutes and resolutions, and managing client correspondence. The candidate will also assist with client onboarding, compliance updates, and regulatory filings, while supporting the Trust Manager and Client Director in delivering exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within fiduciary services, and a good understanding of corporate and trust structures. A relevant professional qualification is an advantage or a willingness to work towards one. Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
