We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Nominated Officer to join a leading firm. This key role will include reviewing overnight screening results, escalating material findings, and working closely with client teams and the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer to manage risks effectively.
The individual will provide guidance on new business onboarding, review Customer Due Diligence, and conduct high-quality client reviews within set timeframes. They will be expected to maintain accurate regulatory registers, support the completion of regulatory returns, and deliver internal training on compliance and risk-related matters.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in compliance, a strong understanding of local regulations, and the ability to apply a consistent risk-based approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
