Home » Senior Administrator – Private Client
We are looking for a Trust & Company Administrator to manage a complex portfolio of Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships for an international Firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
Key responsibilities include client portfolio management, training and mentoring junior staff, preparing board and trustee minutes, and handling billing and debt collection. The successful candidate will also conduct periodic reviews, oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to company-wide projects. A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a STEP/CGI Diploma, accountancy qualification, or relevant functional certification, along with proven experience in trust and corporate administration. A strong understanding of AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, Trust Law, and Company Law is required, as well as excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
