Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Senior Administrator ( Operations ) to join a multi-jurisdictional, independent provider of institutional and private client services.



  • Provide business analysis support to the PCS Operations Team;
  • Collect, manipulate and analyse data from various sources;
  • Utilize visualization tools to “tell the story” and convey complex data stories in a non-technical manner to key stakeholders;
  • Perform data discovery and analysis to help identify potential automation solutions;
  • Provide business intelligence reporting through the use of Dashboards;
  • Assist with preparation of Power BI dashboards to help communicate effectiveness of key performance deliverables via various KPI dashboards;
  • Work with the PCS Operations Team to evaluate, analyse develop and communicate system and process improvements including automation solutions;
  • Ensure time entries on Viewpoint are up to date and maintained on a timely basis;
  • Ad hoc project work as instructed by the Director team and /or wider PCS Operations Team;
  • Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation;
