A leading financial services company seeking a senior administrator to join its dynamic team and lead the improvement of operations and business support in the financial services sector.
As a Senior Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for refining and sustaining procedures, coordinating procedure alignment across jurisdictions, documenting formal oversight processes, maintaining updates on the intranet, spearheading ad hoc projects, and facilitating change communication. They will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of business operations and in driving positive change.
To be considered for this permanent role, the candidate must have an ‘A’ Level education or its equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and has a proven track record of delivering results. The ideal candidate will also be a problem solver with excellent communication, collaboration, task management, and organisational skills.
