We’re seeking a motivated Senior Administrator to join the Fund and Corporate Services team in Jersey.
The successful candidate will support the full lifecycle of fund and corporate structures, from setup to termination, and build strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality service. Key responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, maintaining statutory records, processing transactions, supporting investor communications, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to study for professional qualifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills are essential.
