A Fund Services Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join the funds team. In this role, they will provide company secretarial services to a portfolio of existing and prospective fund clients, ensuring compliance with corporate governance codes, statutory obligations, and best practice procedures.

 

Responsibilities will include preparing and circulating board packs and meeting minutes, managing statutory filings, coordinating general meetings, and supporting the setup of new fund structures across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with board members, legal advisors, registrars, and administration teams to ensure a seamless and compliant service.

We’re looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in a company secretarial or administrative role, ideally within a professional services or funds environment. Strong minute-taking skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and governance software such as Board Intelligence are essential.
