Experienced Senior Fund Administrator needed for a dynamic fund services team. You will be responsible for high-quality administration and delivering exceptional client service. This permanent role is based in St Helier, Jersey and offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio.

Key Requirements:

– Proven Administrative Expertise: Oversee fund clients’ portfolios with precision.
– Company Secretarial Knowledge: Prepare board meeting documentation and ensure accurate record keeping through minutes taking.
– Operational Efficiency: Handle drawdowns, distributions and other transactional operations confidently.

To thrive in this role:

– A strong foundation in administrative processes relevant to fund management.
– Company secretarial proficiency reflecting competency across governance requirements.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
– Technical Acumen: Familiarity or willingness to learn specialised document/entity management systems along with established procedures related specifically toward funds administration.
