We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to join our client’s prestigious team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support within the Executive Compensation Services division to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in managing executive compensation plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client requirements and deliver outstanding service.
  • Support the team with bespoke projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills and Attributes

  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience in working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the delivery of high-quality client services.
  • Industry Expertise: Background or familiarity with financial services and executive compensation will be advantageous, enabling efficient execution of responsibilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges, propose solutions, and execute them effectively.
