We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Administrator for a 6-month contract in the Credit Operations team. This role supports lending activities and collaborates with Relationship Managers, Lending Specialists, and the Credit Risk Management team to ensure efficient credit operations.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will assist with credit administration processes, maintain high standards in loan book management, and ensure all necessary documentation and authorisations are in place. Responsibilities will also include producing facility letters, liaising with legal and valuation professionals, maintaining client facility data, and arranging loan drawdowns and repayments.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong organisation and time management abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in credit administration or the issuance of credit facilities is essential, as is the ability to follow structured processes and work accurately under pressure. Strong IT skills and a proactive, diligent approach will be key to success in this role.
