We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join the Corporate Services team. They will take a lead role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
In this role, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex corporate and fund structures, with a focus on real estate, venture capital, and private equity asset classes. Responsibilities include liaising with third-party advisors such as lawyers, lenders, and asset managers, reviewing financial and management accounts, and identifying opportunities to enhance client service and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of corporate and fund structures and a good grasp of relevant tax and regulatory considerations. They will also play a key part in managing risk, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
