Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager – Client Handling

We are looking for a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day administration of client structures, including preparing correspondence, maintaining statutory records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also oversee financial administration, including billing, invoicing, and monitoring payments. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance and risk management best practices, proactively identifying and escalating potential risks.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in administering UHNW/family office clients, with three years of managing their own portfolio. A good understanding of local finance industry regulations, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. They should be highly organised, able to work independently, and committed to delivering excellent client service. A minimum of a Table 5 qualification is required, with a willingness to work towards a Table 4 qualification.
