A Trust Firm is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Private Equity team. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the collaborative and dynamic team.
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and investment advisors, supporting both routine and complex private equity administration tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining investment records, preparing and reviewing accounts under multiple GAAPs/IFRS, processing investor transactions, assisting with regulatory and tax reporting, and providing company secretarial support.
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of relevant experience or who is part-qualified, ideally with a background in debt instruments. A strong understanding of PE fund structures, Guernsey company law, and excellent communication skills are essential. The individual should be a team player with the confidence to liaise directly with clients and the initiative to manage tasks independently.
