Sales Manager

We have a great new opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a family owned builder’s merchant in Jersey.

Key duties will include:

• Implementing and developing excellent customer service over the phone and sales counter
• Managing, developing and motivating the tele sales and counter sales staff (Reactive Sales) and ensuring their performance aligns to the business goals
• Achieving sales and margin budgets on a monthly and annual basis, ensuring continuous and sustainable volume and profit growth
• Managing the pricing, ordering and full supply of customer special orders, on time
• Developing employees within the department to assist with career development and the capability of all individuals to deliver against the goals of the business
