Rostering & Crewing Officer

We are looking for a Rostering and Crewing Officer to join a local firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey where they will be reporting to the Head of Operations and Crewing.

Key responsibilities include publishing robust crew rosters within agreed timescales, ensuring compliance with flight time limitation rules, and maintaining fair distribution of duties. The successful candidate will also handle crew leave, preferences, and training rescheduling while working closely with the Operations and Flight Operations teams to ensure seamless flight coverage.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Proficiency in PC software, including Excel and Word, is essential. They should be adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of problem-solving in high-pressure environments while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with crew and relevant departments.
