We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance Assistant Manager to join an independently-owned trust company in St Helier, Jersey. This position requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct thorough testing as part of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, analyse legal frameworks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant with all relevant regulations. They will be expected to have a deep understanding of AML and CFT principles and be able to apply them to business practices. The ability to demonstrate precision and diligence in all work facets will be critical to success in this role.
To be considered for this position, Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field with a track record of performance. We are looking for someone who can prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines, while also maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are also essential for this role.
