Job Description

This is a great new opportunity for a Reward and Employee Value Proposition Senior Administrator to join a leading law firm.


Key duties will include:

  • Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review, including the twice yearly promotions cycle. This will include the collation of data for annual salary benchmarking surveys as well as closely working with the Resourcing Team to co-ordinate the annual collation of market data across all the firms jurisdictions.
  • Support the delivery of global annual benefit renewals, including data collation and analysis ahead of renewal, and assist with written proposals and calculating costings.
  • Support with ensuring the companies EVP remains competitive and unique, including ongoing collation and analysis of market data and best practice related to EVP elements, including wellbeing, flexibility, career development, workspace, DEI offerings.
  • Assist with administrative activity required for HR projects, including the set-up of benefits and ensuring that the  EVP is evident in new jurisdictions.
