Weare looking for dynamic finance professionals to join our client’s team as a Revenue Control Manager. This permanent role offers the chance to lead the billing and cash collection teams while playing a pivotal part in managing the firm’s working capital. You’ll work closely with the Finance Leadership team to develop your expertise and make an impactful contribution to a growing and fast-paced business. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Revenue Controllers, Billing, and e-billing administrators.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance Operations to manage working capital and enhance cash flow.
  • Build strong relationships with fee earners and partners to minimise Lock up (from WIP to Cash).
  • Ensure compliance with global client and matter fee arrangements.
  • Provide periodic insights into debt valuation and deliver financial reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate as required to optimise recoveries.
