A local telecom company is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Sales & Support Advisor to join the team on a contract basis. In this role, the successful candidate will deliver a professional and efficient service to customers enquiring about our mobile and residential products.
The individual will be expected to assist customers in-store, over the phone, and by email, providing clear, honest information and ensuring every customer leaves with their needs fully met or with confidence in the next steps. They will demonstrate and sell the company’s services, process orders, and offer ongoing support while working towards individual and team sales targets.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service, previous sales experience, and a genuine interest in technology. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are key.
